Terms of service

1. General

Pepti Pood (hereinafter "we") sells synthetic peptides for laboratory and scientific use ONLY. By ordering a product, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Use of products

All products are intended only for qualified researchers and laboratories. The products are NOT dietary supplements, medicines, or medical devices. Human or animal consumption is strictly prohibited.

3. Liability

The customer assumes full responsibility for the correct and lawful use of the products within their jurisdiction. Pepti Pood is not liable for consequences arising from improper or unlawful use of the products.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The maximum order value is €5000 per order without prior agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos) is the property of Pepti Pood. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Legal framework

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.
