Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you acquired the goods.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer an extra 30-day money-back guarantee.

Return conditions

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
• A break in the cold chain by the customer voids the return
• Custom-made products are not eligible for return

Refund timeframe

We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the product, to the same payment method used for payment.

Return costs

Return costs are covered by the customer, except where the product was defective or the wrong product was sent by mistake — in which case we cover the return costs.
